PI REFORM 2021

Whiplash Reform Program

The legislation has made changes to low-value personal injury claims arising from road traffic accidents, commonly referred to as ‘whiplash reform,’ and it has been effective since 31 May 2021. The reform act only applies to low-value injury claims arising from road traffic accidents, and their settlement will be based on a tariff basis.
